Jeffrey Inaba’s C-Lab prepared this extensive study about motion for Audi. The ฟรีเครดิตถอนได้ ไม่ต้องฝากExperiments in Motion project started with the hypothesis that for the past 100 years the design of cities has reacted to the car, whereas in the next 100 years the design of cars will respond to the city. Working with Columbia University Studio-X colleagues Geoff Manaugh and Nicola Twilley, we put together material to show that the history of the modern city is a history of motion. It documents all kinds of ambitious ideas and innovations in movement that affected 20th century urban growth. It concludes by describing how changing values toward mobility today will set a very different course for the design of cities and cars to come.

After conducting research in consultation with global thought leaders and motion experts in the fields of architecture, biology, computer science, and transportation planning, the project outlines three key issues that will affect tomorrow’s cities:

- The building blocks of cities will change as the number and size of roads decrease

- Even though there will be fewer roads, there will be more pathways and experiences to choose from

- As automobile technology enables people to travel and interact over greater distances, paradoxically the neighborhood will become an increasing important environment to design for mobility
